Sorry to say I did that in past but it's auto lenders for me and my family forever. One of my major requests was I insisted that the process would take no more than an hour and a half. Went in one afternoon choose car made an appointment for next morning and was out of there in less tha 90 minutes. Bought a three year old off lease with only 17,000 miles. Great experience. I can actually use the word Painless. More

I mean, if it's too good to be true, it normally is. Well, that was my mentality when I went into AutoLenders a few days ago. I wanted to get a decent trade in value for my current vehicle and check to see where I landed in terms of the type of vehicle I could get for my price range. I have a 4 year old daughter that is getting too big for my current sedan and wanted to upgrade to an SUV, hence the interest in trading in. I met Isaac Wogansky from AutoLenders. He is the most down to earth sales rep I have ever met (in a good way). He was straight forward and we connected immediately. He caught on to my tentative antics and embraced them rather than redirecting using evasive techniques to get me to purchase a vehicle. He appraised my vehicle at higher than any other dealership had offered me, but I still wanted more. He worked the numbers to my benefit which made me comfortable checking out some vehicles. I always wanted a Jeep and the local AutoLenders just received a fleet of them. I was still open to other SUVs but my taste wasn't settling for the CR-V or other top reviewed SUVs. That's not to say they were taken out of the equation entirely, but I wanted to look to domestic models like the Equinox or Edge. I checked out the lot of vehicles with some guidance from Isaac. Yet, he gave me alone time without outside influence on selecting a vehicle. This was my best experience as I liked having some time to think without being force fed information until my head exploded like past experiences. I chose a loaded 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited and immediately fell in love with the vehicle. I drove it to it's limits down a local highway and also on back roads to get a feel for the vehicle. It had everything I wanted and more. Again, being left alone to make my own decision which was another positive experience. I arrived back and acted "cool" and said I liked it, but my insides were in knots from how much I liked the Jeep. However, I knew it was out if my price range. I got a high number proposed which is standard for any negotiation. Remember, you're never forced into the hot seat. You put yourself there. I went back and forth for over an hour, but I was never frustrated or bored. I got the notion Isaac really wanted to help me and I specifically due to his customer service. He understood where I came from, but after multiple back and forth I eventually said I was leaving and started out the door. He proposed one last offer and let me take time to myself in their break area. I ran the numbers, reminisced my daughter in the new SUV compared to being squished in the current sedan, and lastly thought about my own happiness. I finally walked back to Isaac and gave him a number I never thought he would agree to, but it was my do or die number. I felt free giving that number and felt like all the pressure was off the table. If it could be done, I felt like I not only got the vehicle I could only dream about, but found the best sales dealership ever which includes other dealerships rated top 5 in the country and so forth from past experiences. Otherwise, I was going home. He took some time with the financial manager and they both agreed. I felt alive. I could've hugged both Isaac and the finance manager. The paperwork took 15 minutes and I was out the door. To put the icing on the cake, they both didn't leave until over an hour after closing and Isaac stayed with me the entire time as I got the new Jeep ready and transferred my personal items from my old car. I wish I could write down exactly how I felt that night, but my daughter loves the jeep from putting her head outside the sunroof to sending text messages to myself and listening to them in speakers and making the Jeep "talk to her". I couldn't ask for more from both Isaac, and the finance mangers who's name is currently slipping my mind, just effected someone long term in a very positive way. Thank you AutoLenders! More
