Great experience from start to finish; they took their time to make sure we got what we needed, and were so patient when we had trouble deciding (so many great cars!) Those we worked with made it a "personal" experience, and assured us they were determined to help us get the best car for our needs, and the best deal. Once we decided, Mike gave us a great "tour" of our new car, and welcomed us to come back if we need help or have questions after purchase... he was so pleasant to work with, I know we won't hesitate if we need help. The financial end is generally the most grueling, but even that was pleasant! (I wish I'd gotten the mans's card! He was great!) I highly recommend this dealership! They stand behind their "gently used" cars, so there's no need to buy "new"! (Ours certainly looks brand new!) More
