This is my second experience at auto-lenders purchasing a car. I went to AutoLenders to purchase a high-end car as a retirement gift to myself and was met with some of the finest sales personnel in the auto sales industry. From my first inquiry to the point of sale, the staff was just wonderful to deal with. There was no haggling or sales pressure applied..... just honest and up-front interactions. The inventory was extensive and loaded with quality vehicles. I was offered to test drive any vehicle without a sales person to chaperone my experience. At no time did the staff attempt to direct my purchase to any specific vehicle or model by coercion or some other type of incentive. The sales inventory included approximately 200 vehicles of assorted makes and models..... all of which appeared to be just taken off of the factory assembly line. There were over 40 models available on location that fell within my level of interest. After selecting and driving the car of my choice, the sale paperwork was made simple and comprehensive with all questions answered in a straight-forward fashion. I cannot imagine making a vehicle purchase from any other dealership! Please do not buy a car, truck or SUV without a visit to AutoLenders. More

The price on the sticker is final. There was no going into secret meetings between the sales rep and the management behind closed doors, keys to the trade in weren't taken and then held hostage until the customer either agrees to a deal or demands that the keys be returned as happens so many times elsewhere. I didn't leave Auto Lenders with my purchase and the feeling that I had "been had". I'd recommend Auto Lenders enthusiastically and will be returning should I need another vehicle at some time. More
