This was the most pleasant car shopping experience either one of us had ever had. We visited a local dealership recommended to us by a neighbor and in summary had a very frustrating experience. By the time we arrived at Auto Lenders we were tired with very little patience for the usual used car run-around. Michael approached us and immediately began looking for a car to suit our needs. We were relieved by that he did not pressure us into any particular car, but instead tried to get an idea of what we were looking for. He was very honest about which cars he thought were the best deal-or not for us and our budget. We absolutely love the vehicle we chose, and the service plans/options included in the sale are excellent. We plan to bring our vehicle (purchased last year from another dealer) to AutoLenders for service. Michael was fantastic, processed the paperwork and put the keys in our hand in time for me to go to work. In terms of price, I paid more for my sedan that isn't half as nice as the car we bought from Auto Lenders and without a service plan.
