Not forthright I called on a vehicle, I wanted to buy it. The sales person had no clue what she was doing so she passed me off to a sales manager. He informed me of I called on a vehicle, I wanted to buy it. The sales person had no clue what she was doing so she passed me off to a sales manager. He informed me of various fees tacked onto the car which raised the price $2,000.00. When I told them that not very honest advertising, they said they’d send me a sales contract with all the costs. Never happened. So I called the next day and they said the car already had a deposit on it. That was a lie. It was still for sale 3 weeks later. So I called again, talked to a different sales person ; she looked at The notes and said I see you already talked to our sales manager. I said yes and I am still interested in the car. She said I will send you an email with all of the information on that vehicle so you know exactly what it would cost out the door, never happened, so they are completely deceptive in their ways.... STAY. AWAY More

Very disrespectful and time wasting organization This is thus far the most unprofessional organization I have had to deal with. The sales rep assigned to me during negotiations told me I am not buyi This is thus far the most unprofessional organization I have had to deal with. The sales rep assigned to me during negotiations told me I am not buyi a Camry implying I should take my low budget elsewhere. They handled the transaction poorly and made me feel insulted many times. After several attempts to go through with the deal the manager ends up telling me we can’t do business with you and hangs up. They run a hard inquiry on me and my co-signer before telling me she has to be preset physically. After trying to make that happen they tell me to take my business elsewhere. I’m sure they are great in what they do and I don’t want to take this personal but they were collectively very rude to me from manager down to customer service. I wish them the very best cos with this kind of service this business will collapse soon. Mark my words!!!! More
