They are scammers and will sell you an unsafe car I bought a car from them in April and my car started falling apart from the front of the car to the inside and now I have to pay $300 for new brakes! It’s not really a dime down!! Plus they have you paying a bunch of money for a car that should be half the price! The prices are horrible and the cars are faulty! They will sell you any kind of car! PLEASE DONT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS AND DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They are HORRIBLE! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. I had a 2012 car that had 70000 miles on it and my brake pads weren’t as thin as they are now! Plus they will sell you a car and then “clean up” and take all of the mats and features out! They are frauds!! I wish I would have went someplace else, I am truly regretting my decision of buying a car from them ! Demetrius really set me up! Won’t ever forgive him for this! Selling someone a faulty car is NOT cool! Not cool at all! I’m about to stop paying on this high as car note and give them back the daggon car cuz they really set me up! Great experience The team at Auto Giant definitely make you feel like they care. My salesman was Tamer and the gentlemen James I'll call the processor. These guys did all that they could to help me leave with a car. My credit isn't in the best shape simply because I try to buy straight out. Since I had limited credit they were able to get me into a car with no money down, a high interest rate...lool it happens when you haven't built your credit. And they got me into a 2016. It took allday but I guess that's normal. It's not like going to buy a pair of shoes. I am completely satisfied with all the help. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and that made it all worth the long wait. I definitely recommend if you have a job and make atleast $400 a week without a ton of excess delinquent credit, they can get you in a car. Go with an open mind and be prepared to be at a dealer from 2 to 8 hours. Take snacks. More
