Went to Autogiant Mitsubishi in manassas VA to get a vehicle because i got into a car accident. I told my sales person everything that i wanted. At first he seemed nice. So i go in there with my father vehicle because i got into a car accident. I told my sales person everything that i wanted. At first he seemed nice. So i go in there with my father hes in a wheelchair cuz he bedridden and can’t walk because the car and stuff is gonna be in his name.(idk if they took advantage of that because he’s older but it feels it and looks like it) And we told them everything we wanted. They lied about not having to put a down payment and also gave us a car with high car payments 405 a month( DID NOT WANT). The sales person who assisted me name was robbert Batista aka Bobby. We texted and spoke about everything i was looking for before i even came into the dealership. He said that they would agree to pay off the remaining balance that was on our previous car that happened with the car crash. BUT THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WERE STUCK WITH HIGH PAYMENTS, HAD TO PUT DOWN A DOWN PAYMENT and robert Batistas uncle Darren or GB who also works there was really rude! My experience was horrible. Even my father had a bad experience with them when he was able to walk. They took $500 From him that was supposed to be put towards gap insurance but come to find out THEY NEVER APPLIED IT AND SCAMMED HIM OUT OF 500. IM SO FURIOUS ABOUT ALL THIS BECAUSE I STILL HAVE PROOF OF OUR WHOLE CONVERSATION OVER TEXT BUT THEY DONT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. NOW UNTIL WE PAY OFF THE REMAINING BALANCE FROM THE OLD CAR MY DAD WAS FORCED TO STOP GETTING HIS SSI(Social Security Income) WHICH IS ALL HE GETS EACH MONTH. Were already struggling to keep paying the car payment. And its even worse cuz were helping each other to keep up with the bills each month and I don’t have a full time job. Only pays 8/hr and its not even enough to take care of myself. He’s in his 80s once he dies im not gonna be able to keep the car because of payments... THEY SCREWED US. Will never go there again!
