We drove the hour from Manassas to their office and were not disappointed. Josh and Stephen were both upfront, straightforward and honest. They ran the paperwork and we were able to choose a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for! No haggle, no 35% interest with $3 million down while sticking us in a corner like we were disobeying children. They went above and beyond to make available a vehicle that had just arrived on the lot. I could not recommend them more. I will definitely work with them again. Thanks for the coffee, guys!! More

Once he I recently visited this location to purchase a 06 Nissan Murano on Tuesday, March the 10th. The salesman Zak was great when making the deal. Once he felt like the deal was done the customer service went out the window. As I started to ask questions about their policies and warranty. Josh assured me if there was any issues within the first 30 days or 1000 miles they were covered under the warranty. He told me customer service and customer satisfaction come first. After having the vehicle a few days I called to speak to Josh to inform him that the vehicle was making noise like something was wrong with the muffler. He in turn let me know that all my paper work was not compete. So I took the vehicle back down to their location so it could be checked out since it was still under their warranty. Once I was there Josh feed me a bunch of nonsense . He did nothing to resolve my issues but drove to get coffee. Once we made it back to the office my car was still making the same noise. I was told that they don't have a car lift to look under the car and that it's not wrong with the car. He gave me the number to the bank to call to finalize my loan. Since I still wasn't satisfied with how things were handle on that visit I made a appointment to have the car looked at. On Thursday I had the vehicle looked at. The mechanic did a full check on the car. The vehicle needed a new driver seat $670, R/F axle $250, middle pipe, front gadget & rear gadget & muffler $686.85, a new back tire. Since the tire that it had,had been plugged a few times before. Then there are a few minor things that's needed. I paid $65 to full the car checked out. I called Josh to inform him to what I just found out about the car. He asked did I call the bank to finalize my loan I told him no. That I was going to bring the car back to them on Saturday. He tried to offer me something else. I told him no thank you since I feel that they wasn't honesty in the first place. The only thing we both had in common was my money. They're trying to get money from me and I'm trying to get my money back. I told them I was bring the vehicle back o. Saturday. A few minutes later I received a phone call from Jay in their finance department letting me know that I'll be charged $50 a day rental fee since I was returning the vehicle. Like most parents Saturday is like a week day when you have different programs to take your children to and from. On my way there I took a wrong turn which took me out the way. In the process of getting back on track I received a call from Jay asking me where was I saying that I was suppose to be there. I tired to explain the situation but before I could get another word out. He told me that he was still charging me a rental fee.I went on to tell him if the vehicle wasn't in such poor condition then I wouldn't be returning it. I asked him how can you charge me for trying to sell me a lemon.I guess that upset him because he went on to tell me they don't sell no fu*king lemons. I must be outta my fu*king mind. He told me I was a crazy bit*h there was nothing wrong with the car something is wrong with me. I hung up so I wouldn't be disrespected any longer by someone who works for a company that values their customers and name more than anything. This was the worse experience buying a car ever. I know used car ain't going to be prefect but you shouldn't have to pay out almost $2000 before you pay your first car payment. Then as a customer/ person you should never be so disrespected by anyone. If you going to purchase a vehicle from this location have the car fully checked before you sign all loan paperwork if not you may end up owning a lemon you can't drive. More

We were first told there were 2 lenders that gave approval, then the finance manager (a Caucasian man, tall and lanky) came over and didn't even introduce himself when he sat down. At first he was asking questions for clarification and walking back to the desk. Then all of the sudden he came back saying they would need another cosigner for my daughter who was trying to buy her first car. I was attempting to explain to him that even though I have open vehicle accounts that they are paid and there is one current error on my credit report. Also, that there is an entire page of accounts that have been paid off. He literally and I quote, "ok I'm done" and stood up and snatched the folder from the desk. I made a statement that aren't they in the business of selling cars and that they claim to have guaranteed financing. He literally ignored me and made a comment to my daughter. I then told him that he is being rather rude and unprofessional. He then just stomped off. I am able to be financed through Toyota Motor Credit and you are rude to me and coming up with excuses to get more of a down payment! Not going to happen. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend Auto City to anyone due to their dishonesty and more importantly their lack of professionalism. More

I bought a Lexus from Auto City in Fredericksburg, VA in November 2013. They talk about how customer service is the most important thing to them and how people just keep coming back and they couldn't have b November 2013. They talk about how customer service is the most important thing to them and how people just keep coming back and they couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Well, all that changed once they had my money. After a few days, the right front tire lost air. Not a big deal. I filled it and went on. A few days later, it was flat again. I stopped at a tire store and they explained that the tire had been plugged in a spot where a plug should not have been used because it would never hold up. But what bothered me even more was that they pointed out that the tires on the car did not meet the manufacturer's standards, that they were under rated for the vehicle weight and were a safety hazard. When I spoke to my salesman Josh, he hummed and hawed and said that he would have to speak with the Auto City owner, Wali and get back to me but that they replace tires all the time. No one ever seems to be able to reach the owner, especially when he is in the Maryland Auto City store. This dragged on for a couple of weeks of having to re-inflate the tire every other day, when I had had enough and pushed Josh to get me an answer immediately. He said he would get back to me the next day. I didn't hear anything for two days so I called him. He came up with what Auto City called a solution. They would sell me a new set of tires at their cost, which was about the same as the price I could get anytime from NTB if I bought four tires. I asked what percentage of the cost Auto City was going to pay since they sold me a car with unsafe tires in the first place. Josh responded that the tires were my problem and that they were doing me a favor by getting them at their cost and that's all Auto City was prepared to do. Save yourself the hassle. Go half a mile in either direction on US 1 and you'll find a bunch of other used car dealers. I can't vouch for any of them but I do know about my experience with Auto City and I'd be willing to take my chances with just about any of the others. More
The customer service at Auto City just down right Sucks. This is the worst place in the world to by a car. Every person including myself has had problems with the car, needed to be brought back for service This is the worst place in the world to by a car. Every person including myself has had problems with the car, needed to be brought back for service then was told they would pay for the labor and we pay 1/2 the parts. Come to find out we had to pay for all labor and $370 in parts, we were quoted $150 and they failed to even call and let us know that we needed additional parts put on they did it anyway. We were given a loaner car that we had for 2weeks and on our way back to the dealership it blew up on the side of the road. Then they said it was our problem and we had to take care of the tow. Long story short, i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. We even had to get the cops involved cause they didn't want to give our key back even after we paid, just because the piece of xxxx loaner car they gave us had the check engine light on from the get go. Terrible customer service. More
