Problematic car, terrible service I purchased a car with low mileage from this place, and day 1 off the lot the "check engine light" came on. I took it back the next day, and Josh gave I purchased a car with low mileage from this place, and day 1 off the lot the "check engine light" came on. I took it back the next day, and Josh gave me an idiotic solution to fix the problem. Well I gave it a try and it didn't work, so I took it back again only to find Josh and the sales guy "took the day off". At this point the vehicle started developing idling issues and I heard a "clunk" coming from the transmission. The service department said they will buy OEM parts to fix the problem...when I came back the next day (Josh conveniently took the day off) I found trash inside my car like someone had their lunch in there. Just by listening to these idiots explain the problem I could tell they had no idea how to fix the car. I had a certified mechanic check it out and it turns out they bought cheap aftermarket parts that did not fit well into the car, one of the parts already broke!...later found this car had major hidden problems that needed to be fixed such as the rusty exhaust, faulty ECM and leaking transfer case. I, again, took it back to them and asked to speak with Josh, however...he took the day off again! and this time they brushed me off and said I have to fix the car myself.... They also will not fix the cosmetic damages that was caused by their service dept...I had enough of their games, and walked out furious. These people did me wrong and ripped me off...I learned my lesson the hard way. Eventually traded the car in for something else. More

These guys understood my position and were able to get me into the car I wanted at a reasonable price and payment. I was skeptical about going to Auto City have to read reading some of the reviews from other childish consumers I'm here to tell you I seen no such thing good legitimate honest people More

Duped Stopped with my son as we were looking for trucks to replace my totalled one. My credits isn't the best due to bankruptcy. Since this is going to be my son's one day, he found a dodge ram he liked. Test drove it and all seemed well. Figuired with 160k we should get a good deal. I did screw up by telling them I have 3k down and want payments at 288. They met that. Screwed up again by not looking at NADA. no deal given. Won't ever buy from them again and hoping financing doesnt go through. More

Bad for first time buyers If your young and are a first time buyer DONT GO HERE!!!!!! I only came here cause no other dealership would give me a loan. Almost all there cars were bought at auctions and have a bad driving history . If you can't get a loan save your money and buy a used car straight up. Otherwise if you buy a car here and are financing you'll be stuck with it till its paid off and you'll be paying up the xxx in repairs. If you really want to buy here don't be stupid like me. Check the fax and stand your guard and be strong when negotiating cause these guys will harass you at first and make feel like your wasting there time. There are other dealerships like this one that also help people with xxxxy credit don't feel compelled to buy here. They take advantage of young buyers so be either strong or don't go here at all.
