Financial person 5 star. Salesman 5 star. Head of repatr on phone while time. Girl in repair 1 star stretching it. Said had no appoints for a week for oil change. Said we wanted under coat too. I called the owner, Scott Swelland, and asked him about getting new Michelin’s for my 2012 Edge. The price quoted was good for the Premier LTX tires, so I asked him to order the tires, The Service Depart getting new Michelin’s for my 2012 Edge. The price quoted was good for the Premier LTX tires, so I asked him to order the tires, The Service Department got me in to install the tires the day after they received them, so everything was complete in just 3 days. We have always had great customer service at Austin Ford, and we enjoy how professional Jim Winters, in the Service Department is. More
