Great sales experience then Rose and Jim were great to work with. Knowledgeable about the vehicle, willing to answer all questions, and very low pressure. I got the exact Q8 I Rose and Jim were great to work with. Knowledgeable about the vehicle, willing to answer all questions, and very low pressure. I got the exact Q8 I wanted at a fair price. Delivery left a lot to be desired. First, one valve stem cover was missing. Easy enough fix. Then I left the dealership before realizing the registration sticker was missing. Had to return and wait 20 minutes for a temporary. Then when I got home, I found the tow hitch cover was missing. It was on the sales managers desk. And last, I've used the windshield washer twice and already have a low fluid warning. Very disappointing to spend this much for a car and not have it turned over in perfect condition. This is the third car I've purchased from this dealer and never had a problem. Maybe they were having an off day. The service department is awesome. More
