Rude manners and poor customer sales support I went to get a test drive on a used 2016 Audi Q3, the sales representative Renee showed me 3 models. But I could not leave the parking lot because th I went to get a test drive on a used 2016 Audi Q3, the sales representative Renee showed me 3 models. But I could not leave the parking lot because the "NY state" does not allowed them (1st red flag). Then I gave her my keys to evaluate my car for a trade in. After that my friend and I sat down with Renee to discuss options to get the Q3. We asked for offers and immediately Renee told us, do not expect to drop thousands of dollars from the Q3 price (2nd red flag). However I gave her the chance to bring me more information and then suddenly Maurice came and says: "how can I help you". I explained what I was looking for. Then Maurice told me: " if you think the price is high why you show up" (3rd red flag). I told him I want it to try it. Maurice decline to provide any documents with the price saying to us, that is simple math look on the internet. When we asked for options on financing he said, at least you have to put $7,500 as down payment. I'm very disappointed with his demeanor towards us. Also before left he told us they are doing fine on sales and they do't need to negotiate for prices. More
