Had a great remote buying experience with Brandon Nelson, he always kept us in the loop through the whole process. I called the Audi of smithtown on a Friday to bring my car for New york sate inspection the server department told me you can come in at 1:15 on Saturday and will have your car inspected. Saturday i dr car for New york sate inspection the server department told me you can come in at 1:15 on Saturday and will have your car inspected. Saturday i drove to Audi of Smithtown 45 minutes to the dealer I got there and the service technician told me that I don’t have any appointment for you. you have to wait 4pm to get your car in the service !!it’s not the first time it’s a second time I brought this car from this guys but a year and a half ago promise me a loaner car this and that they always find excuse for loaner cars that they dont have One I had to go to a local shop to get my car inspected how do you gonna run the business if you tell a customer to come there to get this car for service and it’s not getting done is this how do you run business well I was wondering why it’s only one service guy there and he wanted me to sit there for four hours during the Covid and I choose not to I left so if the manager really cares about this rating then you should contact me because I got a lot more to say!!! More

Asked to drive the car and was thinks sorry the manager is using it come back tomorrow Took the car for a drive and had no fuel Was asked to leave a deposit, the link didn’t work. I asked for a written quote as I didn’t want to leave a deposit without an agreement. Sales manger wrote me a rude email saying they can’t hold the car without a deposit which I never asked them to because the link was broken. SO...here is the most recent update: Received a call from the "owner" who now says his name is Maurice. He was on a 3 way call with an Audi VP named Paul. They wanted to know what they could do to make this the "owner" who now says his name is Maurice. He was on a 3 way call with an Audi VP named Paul. They wanted to know what they could do to make this right. That was 2 days ago...haven't heard from them since. Makes me wonder just how interested they were in trying to help fix my nightmare experience. In my opinion...AVOID this dealership. More
