The service department is basically a scam operation, I brought in a car that I bought there, all the safety system warning came on at the same time one morning, the service department said I had a mismat brought in a car that I bought there, all the safety system warning came on at the same time one morning, the service department said I had a mismatched tire and needed to buy an entire set of tires. The head light warning light was caused by the tire that was their conclusion. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! More

Not your traditional dealership group, located right in the center of Smithtown Car Ally they have proven themselves to be an outlier in providing decent customer service. When you come to the dealer in search for a vehicle & several months later never hear from the sales person so you step out and get what you want elsewhere.. boy does that make them salty... bringing in my car for inspection after purchasing it recently out of state I was rewarded with the wonderful class leading service center within 30 seconds of walking in order to pass NYS inspection a "bubble" in the tire would fail & instead of even giving me a moment to realize this, Chris 10yr+ "expert" with customer service decided he would change the conversation to if they have that tire in stock.. skipping over the fact that I taking it all in, not understanding that I was already mislead by sales & then asking me why I did not purchase from here and purchased at another dealer out of state, he continued to "look" up stuff online to see which warranty I had but further told me he cannot access the services they used and rambled off a few names of warranty companies AUDI dealers used and stated WE ONLY USE AUDI DIRECT and made me feel less for buying elsewhere.. He then continued to push seeking a tire replacement for me when I was still taking in all this he said, I told him I would prefer to have my keys & car back and deal with it one on one elsewhere which I did later that evening. I reached out to the dealership I purchased from and they gladly reimbursed me for a replacement as our photo's showed this bubble formed before I took delivery and was there mistake.. I was able to go elsewhere to get my service and will never ever return or recommend anyone step foot in this dealer other then to browse & waste time. in addition to there parent location in Huntington. Honestly I would have gladly even paid for this tire at Audi of Smithtown had Chris not shoved the fact that he is looking for a replacement tire before even myself acknowledging the situation, I gave them two opportunities to 1. Sell me the car I was looking for (price was no issue) they did not follow up like I was told and even ignored me when I was there three other times 2. Figured I would check out how there service dep't was by the most simplistic inexpensive service I could get which was a NYS inspection, giving them full opportunity to earn me as there customer & expend on my circle to recommend them. Again, I would never step foot in there for anything. They are not looking out for your best interests in anyway shape or form and those whom have had a good experience there must either be very gullible or just enjoy the treatment "they" received, I did not! More
Yanic was friendly and accommodating. Not getting the Costco discount was disappointing but they made up some of it.
