The main reason for this wa Today I picked up my 2017 Audi A5 Convertible at Audi of Smithtown. My experience in leasing this vehicle was outstanding. The main reason for this was my salesman Dominic Depierro. He took the time to go over the vehicle and answer all of my questions. He got me a fair deal without a lot of haggling . I never felt pressured or rushed to make my decision. My wife was somewhat uncomfortable in purchasing a convertible but Dominic explained all of the safety features and the low noise levels in the A5 convertible. He arranged to have me take a test drive in the vehicle and I was sold. This is my third Audi and I am looking forward to enjoying this vehicle as much as I did the others. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular my salesman Dominic Depierro if you are in the market for an Audi. More
Don't Bring Your Car Here - EVER DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This was my first time dealing with Audi of Smithtown and I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated. I dropped my car off for DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This was my first time dealing with Audi of Smithtown and I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated. I dropped my car off for a motor mount and when I got it back there were more issues than when i brought it in. I've tried calling and emailing both the service manager and GM for over a week now with no reply. Issues post Audi of Smithtown work: First - Even thought it may only be a $15 they broke my cell phone holder and placed it back nicely as if it were never touched KNOWING it was broken. Honest mistake and understandable but they chose to try hiding it after spending over $1,000 in their shop. Second - They did something to my key fob/ignition, ever since getting in my car after picking up my dashboard will beep at me and say "ignition lock defective" and shows an image of a key with an X Third - They gave my car a wash but didn't clean the grille which was covered in greasy hand prints and when i looked closer I seen they didn't put one of the clips behind the grille back, no idea where it's suppose to go. Thanks Audi of Smithtown for you hard work and great customer service! More

Enzo was not only cheerful, friendly, professional and very knowledgable but made us feel at ease when speaking to him.
