From the moment you walk into the stunning showroom you are greeted by a team of Audi specialists who's passion for the brand is unsurpassed. I walked into this dealership educated. I knew what I wanted, knew what I was willing to spend, and I knew that a negotiation was in my future. I had already been emailing all other local dealers that had the car I wanted in stock so now it was a matter of getting the best deal I could. I was teamed up with my brand specialist Enzo Trapani. Enzo sets the standards for salesman to emulate. He was personable, knowledgeable, and patient. I have to admit, I'm not the easiest car buyer to deal with. I will walk out the door at the first sign of shadyness or a dealerships unwillingness to negotiate. This was totally not the case at Audi of Smithtown. Enzo let me set the pace for this transaction and in the end we all felt like we got what we wanted. When does that ever happen buying a car? On to finance. We've all had the experience of having to sit around in a dealership for hours. Seems like it's an all day affair. Not here. Oz in finance was prepared and professional and I was in and out of his office with keys in hand in minimal time. After the sale I am still beaming from this experience. Enzo calls on occasion to make sure things are good with car and to ensure that Audi of Smithtown is there if any assistance needed or questions are had. I would have like to have taken a tour of the service department like I was offered at Audi of Huntington when I purchased my first Audi but I know if I would have asked they would have obliged. Overall I know this review was long and most stopped reading by now but I can without a doubt recommend Enzo and the team of Audi of Smithtown.
