When we walked in and spoke to the manager, Tom, he offered us coffee, tea, cappuccino, ect.. The salesman, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were concerned the Audi we were interested in was too low to the ground to make it up our driveway without scraping the front end. Jerry kindly drove home with us so we could go up the driveway and make sure this was not an issue. Jerry made the process of buying this car as stress free as possible and we really appreciated his professionalism. He really made the car buying experience wonderful. More
