Going the extra distance I was really impressed with the professionalism and energy Brendan had in taking care of me. My car unfortunately had a host of unexpected problems wh I was really impressed with the professionalism and energy Brendan had in taking care of me. My car unfortunately had a host of unexpected problems which thankfully were covered under a third party warranty program. He contacted them and spent a considerable amount of time providing the necessary information needed for the claim. He called with the great news that it was all covered keeping almost $3K in my pocket. I really appreciate that he went the extra distance on my behalf.
