After going to two other Audi dealership I must say Audi of Huntington was by far the most pleasant experience of all. Started with Philip who offer me one of the longest test drive I've taken. Just purchased a 2010 Certified AudiA6 and I couldn't be happier from the selection of certified vehicles, to the price, to the overall experience these folks have it right. My son recently purchased a 2014 Audi A5 S-Line from Audi of Huntington. As this was his first car purchase, it certainly was not an easy process for him. Tooba is a true professional and her warm and friendly personality is rarely seen in the car sales industry today. Our family immediately felt very comfortable with her. She provided our son with a personal experience, as she guided him through the process of choosing the Audi that best suited him, right through to delivery of the vehicle two months later. After speaking with her, Tooba's passion for the industry and automobiles, in general, is quite apparent. She speaks of each Audi vehicle with a knowledge and excitement that can only be projected through a real love of the cars she is selling. I would not hesitate to return to Audi of Huntington in the future and would not be surprised to see Tooba in a management position when I do. Buyer Beware! If you are thinking of buying a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, PLEASE go somewhere else. I bought a pre-owned certified Audi A5. From the time I purchased the vehicle, I fe pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, PLEASE go somewhere else. I bought a pre-owned certified Audi A5. From the time I purchased the vehicle, I felt a vibration while driving. After taking the car to the garage twice, the mechanic told me that I had 2 bad rims and my 2 back tires were plugged. One tire actually had 3 plugs in it. This pre-certified car I bought cost me $500 for new tires and $400 to get my rims fixed. I contacted the dealership a few times but never received a return call. I also contacted Audi customer service. They in turn also tried to contact the dealership with no luck. After numerous attempts, the used sales manager finally returned my call. He asked that I email copies of my repairs to him and he would look into the matter. After a dozen more calls and emails, the manager, Peter told me that he was not willing to cover any of my repairs. I pointed out that on the copy of my certification, it listed my tires as being free from damage and that someone in his dealership checked off the box. In addition, on the certification checklist, it was listed that both keys were with the car(which they were not). Again another issue. It is quite apparent that the pre certification process is rubber stamped. Buyer Beware!! The customer service at Audi of Huntington Sucks! More
