Erol Fattahloglu was extremely helpful in rescuing me from the disaster of my 2010 A4 which died with just 120,000 miles on it. Erol's calm demeanor and knowledge of the Audi brand helped me in deciding to give Audi of Huntington and the Audi brand another chance. After submitting an email, within a few hours I received an email from the internet manager who said Richard would be in contact shortly.,.after speaking with Richard I went over exactly what I was looking for and within a few hours the deal was done...all through email and text after our initial phone conversation...this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with any salesman and dealership...Richard is the definition of professionalism, and just a really nice person...it felt like I knew him for years!
