My wife and I took the vehicle to over a half dozen service appointments in six months for the same cooling/heating issue. The dealership effectively "shrugged their shoulders" as we continuously threw money at their shot in the dark diagnoses. I still recommend Audi to prospective car buyers, but I would avoid this dealer for both sales and most certainly service. I'm taking them to court later this month as they've refused any sort of assistance. That should tell you all you need to know about the staff and quality of the service department. More

My 2nd Audi Lease I went in to see Erol Fettahlioglu in late September because I received a notice from Audi about their pull ahead program and the lease on my 2016 A4 I went in to see Erol Fettahlioglu in late September because I received a notice from Audi about their pull ahead program and the lease on my 2016 A4 sedan was going to mature in 5 months. Erol and I worked up a couple of scenarios one on another A4 sedan and then an A5 coupe. The negotiation process was painless and I finally decided on the A5 Coupe!
