Review of the service department I very rarely write reviews but felt that my latest visit to the service department at Audi of Huntington warranted recognition. The I very rarely write reviews but felt that my latest visit to the service department at Audi of Huntington warranted recognition. The representative that handled my visit was Chris Bohland, from the moment I walked in he greeted me very politely and explained the entire service process for my vehicle thoroughly. My vehicle needed to spend the night due to the service required but Chris set me up with a great service loaner vehicle and expedited that process which I appreciated. I was concerned with my vehicle spending the night being one of the RS models but he assured me that the car would be safely kept overnight. I was updated as the necessary services were performed and when I went to pick the car up the following morning it was ready waiting for me, gleaming with a full detail.. I should mention that I live nearby another Audi dealership in Manhasset but choose to take the drive for such a great service experience. When I am ready for the next vehicle I will be sure to give this dealership my business thanks to Chris Bohland and the team in the service department, true assets to the company. Thank you!
