My check engine light came on and they got me in the same day. They explained what it was about and how to fix it. I always feel extremely confident about having a good service at Audi of Fairfield. The operation is very smooth from the moment of arrival. Everything on my console had stopped working so I had no navig service at Audi of Fairfield. The operation is very smooth from the moment of arrival. I picked up my car clean, serviced with a new navigation system. My one issue with the dealer is the difficulty getting a loaner car(a month in advance), or any form of transportation to and from the dealer. I don’t always have someone available to drive me. More
