Michael Shapiro (sales) knows the inventory and spent as much time with us as we needed, answering our questions so that we felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle. Scheduled oil change service took 2.5 hours. Oil change should take no more than 1.5 hours. There were no status updates during the 2.5 hours and no explanation of what caused the delay.
