I can't say enough positive things about my experience recently at Audi Westwood. Chace, in particular, who was my service consultant, went above and beyond to help me with a repair needed on my 2024 A4. He was courteous, professional, and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I will no longer frequent the former dealership that I had been using for the past 11 years. Going forward, Audi Westwood will be my dealership, and I will specifically reach out to Chace, when my car needs to be serviced. Thank you for all your help recently, it was very much appreciated.
