I bought a car from Ken , which was very helpful and friendly compare to other audi dealer salesman or salesman from other auto brands. The car that i wanted was not available so i had to factory order, which he definitely met my best expecatations with delivery estimates he was right on. He promised to keep me up to date , which i felt i had to initiate but he did his best to answer my emails asap. I didnt like to deal with various salesman to close the deal, and around every corner they seem to try and change our agreement from what was originally agreed upon. Just took a lil bit of complaining to get everything in order but they delivered as promised. One key note, we agreed on a price and on the final sales price an advertising fee and port prep fee appeared which was not stipulated after price negotiations which left me with a very uncomfortable feeling. Overall, they are the best dealer to buy from compared to your other choices and i would recommend if your in the market for an Audi. Make sure not to factory order and get forced to pay 1k deposit for the car. More
From start to finish my experience at Audi Westwood was fantastic. This is in stark contrast to other luxury car dealers I visted before going to Westwood Audi. These other dealerships were high pressure and interesting in selling us leftover 2008 models. At Audi Westwood the salesman I worked with, Ken Bourne, starting by getting some information on what we needed from a new car rather than trying to push somehting the dealership needed to get off the lot. Ken also gave a fantastic overview of the car (2009 A4) prior to our test drive. Our test drive gave me the ability to become completely confortable with the car by taking me through a variety of driving situations. When it came time to buy, the process was very low pressure and Ken was very helpful in matching our price range to the vehicle we wanted. Upon delivery Ken gave my wife and I a complete overview of all the cars features, including syncing of our phones and ipods to the car. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Ken. Oh yeah... the car is fantastic as well! More

Audi of Westwood provided me with the best car shopping experience I have EVER had. Both Ken Bourne and Nick Dota [General Sales Manager] were the most prompt, professional, courteous, competent and accommodating people I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. So refreshing. I had sold my vehicle privately and needed to be in a new car very quickly. I'm also very particular and quite fussy about my vehicles. I wanted to purchase a pre-owned certified vehicle, but was finicky about numerous factors and had a budget and a schedule I was trying to work within. Ken and Nick went way above and beyond my expectations to grant my wishes and accommodate my situation. They had nothing on the lot at the time that fit the bill precisely, so they searched diligently to find a car that delighted me AND came in BELOW my budget [they even encouraged me to take the car for an entire day so I could "bond" with it]. Next, the car they found for me was not going to be ready until after the holidays, and I had travel plans with no vehicle to drive. Nick offered without hesitation to put me in a loaner for as long as necessary so that I would not be inconvenienced or stuck without wheels in the meantime. He was also quick to pass me his cell number in case I encountered any problems or had any questions during my travels. While driving the loaner, Ken also kept me well informed on the status and progress of the delivery of my new vehicle. When my car was ready to be picked up, Ken made sure he set aside ample time [which was after his normal work hours] to walk me through the details of the work they had done and review the car together with a fine-tooth comb. Audi of Westwood is absolutely top-notch and I would not hesitate to send anybody their way -- especially to Ken and Nick. More

John was very easy to work with and was extremely good on followup both by phone and email - ask for him if you go to Audi!! I have loved driving my Audi and can not say enough about the great decision it was to get this car - the service department is also fabulous and it is always easy to get an appointment and they take great care of you. This was my second purchase from Clair/Prime and it was a great experience. Would recommend to friends and family. More
I just picked up my new A4 last night - and I have already told two friends that if they are in the market for a new car - they should see the team at Audi Westwood - what a great group of people. Ken Bourne was knowledgeable, friendly and found the exact car I wanted - which was not on their lot but out of state in their port. Ken and Nick Dota were determined to get that exact car, and took great care to do just that which was not easy as it was during the holidays, and a couple of snowstorms were thrown in for good measure. I was kept well informed via phone and email of all progress, which was surprisingly quick considering the circumstances - tremendous service. When I picked up the car Ken spent another half hour with me walking me through the basics - settings for radio, heat, etc - making sure I was comfortable before driving away. Nick also took time away from other customers to come over and thank me for my business and offer his number to me in the event I had any questions or concerns along the way. Although this experience was more than I expected, it only ranks second best for me. The first was while I was only looking for a car, up and down the Automile In Norwood during early December. I went into four other dealerships looking for information, etc. having narrowed down my choices in advance, looking for differentiators. It was a day off from work for me and I was "dressed down" - most likely looking like a low gain customer, not one ready to buy despite having my checkbook with me and ready to do so. In not one of those dealerships was I approached for assistance - with, as you can imagine, many sales people idle. I was in Audi's dealership for under a minute before Ken came over and introduced himself. I was test driving within 30 minutes. Before I left, Nick came over and introduced himself and asked if there were any questions that I had - to please call him. It was this first impression that sold me - I wanted to do business with these guys, and you should too. I will be back, and will certainly tell everyone I know in the market for a car to consider Ken, Nick and Westwood Audi before they buy. More
Just brought home new 2009 Audi A4 and I couldn't be happier!! To quote Nick, the General Sales Manager, "buying a new car shouldn't be like getting a root canal!" Chris was the most professional and coureous service advisor that I have ever worked with and I must say, he took care of me and my car, which I really appreciated. He set me up with a loaner and I was out of there within 30 minutes. When I went to pick up my car, it was washed and clean, inside and out, and like new just like the first day I picked it up. The only complain I have was that they didn't give me a car comprable to my own car. I was a little disappointed because I only bought my car 1 month ago. They gave me a dodge, but a loaner is a loaner I guess. More

Before chosing my Audi A-4 convertible, I had done extensive research and found that Audi Westwood was not only the best in price, but they were the best in terms of honesty and customer service. I felt zero presure when dealing with Ken Bourne (Salesman at Audi Westwood). He was incredibly diligent and an extremely pleasure to work with. He is the reason i drove from Reading, MA to purchase my Audi. There is even an office one minute from my work and I opted for Westwood. Ken followed-up with me the next day after I bought my Audi to make sure everything was perfect. Through the duration of the sale, he took the time to go over every single detail about the car, even when I anticipated buying a BMW. Ken exemplifies what a true sales person should embody. He is truthful, friendly and really cares about the customer. He wasn't just there to push the sale. More
After another terrible Audi dealer experience at Brookline Audi, where they told me they would include the change of the serpentine belt in with the 90k sefvice and some other work I was having done Brookline Audi, where they told me they would include the change of the serpentine belt in with the 90k sefvice and some other work I was having done, then after I brought my car in and they did the work denied they had told me so, I swore I'd never go back to another Audi dealership for anything. Then my car began making sounds and losing power that had me fearing a blown turbo. My normal mechanic (Stadium Auto, they're awesome and trustworthy!) woudln't touch it since they aren't specialists, so I had to go to a dealer. Based on the reviews on this site, I chose Clair and boy am I glad I did! They identified the problem as three blown vaccum lines ($10 parts, about $250 in labor, which seems about right), they did the work right away while I waited, and at my request examined the suspension, idenifying some inexpensive things they could fix (and did), as well as a longer list of specific proplems I woudl want to have addressed at some point. Mike, the service maanger, gave me a detailed list of the work they felt needed to be done, and a list of Audi parts, in case I wanted to have the work done somewhere else. The car came back cleaned inside and out. I have a new service place to go to now, I highly recommend Clair! More
