I recently purchased a brand new Audi A5 from Audi Westwood and I dealt with Ken Bourne and Karen Fisher. I visited several Audi dealerships when looking into the A5 and was discouraged by the lack of Westwood and I dealt with Ken Bourne and Karen Fisher. I visited several Audi dealerships when looking into the A5 and was discouraged by the lack of friendliness and resourcefulness of other dealerships in the Boston area such as Bernardi. When I got to Westwood I was impressed by the entire experience from start to finish. Ken was fast in getting back with answers to my questions via email or phone and he helped me through the entire car purchasing process since my previous car was from out of state. When I went to pick up my car Ken sat down with me for a long time guiding me through all of the buttons and features of my car. I reccommend Audi Westwood and Ken Bourne/Karen Fisher very highly. I look forward to dealing with them again soon and reccommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. More
Going to purchased a new/used vehicle has never been a pleasant experience for me. Each time I've bought a car, I've had a very heated discussion with the salesman AND their manager. It's been stressful, nervewracking and downright horrible. When I walked into Audi Westwood I had expected the same thing. We met Ken and went through what we were looking for. He searched the inventory and found us a few vehicles that he thought we would like. After taking one for a test drive, we decided to talk about sell price. This was where I thought the fight would begin. I was wrong. It was a discussion and not an argument. The pricing was neatly typed out and very clear on what the costs were. I never had to meet with the Manager and within a few minutes, an agreement was made on the price. I couldn't believe it! It was WONDERFUL!!! I would definitely come back and recommend both the dealership and Ken Bourne to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. THank you for making this experience one of a kind!!! More
Audi of Westwood (Prime Audi, not Clair anymore I guess) has a very, very nice staff in the service department. Other than that, my experience is nothing I want to remember. I brought my 2002 Audi A4 in for has a very, very nice staff in the service department. Other than that, my experience is nothing I want to remember. I brought my 2002 Audi A4 in for a tune-up, replacement key, and to resolve my Check Engine light, which was related to the malfunctioning engine thermostat and the malfunctioning temperature sensor gauge in the dash. After a couple days, the problem was reportedly fixed. Picked it up, started driving it home, and about 20 minutes later the check engine light came back on and I noticed the temperature sensor gauge in the dash was completely past the red H (a.k.a. overheated engine), which was the original problem. Brought it back later that week to get worked on again. A few hundred dollars later, the problem was reportedly fixed again, and the key had finally come in. Went to start the car and oops, someone at the dealership had left my lights on all night. Dead battery. After THAT situation was taken care of, I started on my way home, realizing the gauge started on C (cold) and progressed to the medium engine temp, as it should, and the Check Engine light was off. Problem fixed! Except 3 days later, it wasn't...again. Needle of the gauge likes to start up on H (hot) and proceed all the way to the right of the metallic ring...still. Anyways, I temporarily go to school and work in Western Mass and have very few opportunities to come back east, so earlier this week I called and informed them that I still had not gotten my money's worth of service, and asked if I could drop the car off Friday and pick it up Saturday (today). They said YES, so I drove an hour and a half home, dropped the car off last night, and expected a certain service technician to call me this morning to inform me of the situation. So 4 pm rolls around (service bay closing time) without a call. I call them, wait 20 minutes on the line, and find out that no one touched my car today, they were waiting for Monday so the particular technician that's been working on my car can keep working on it. If they had told me this earlier in the week, I would NOT have wasted my time and GAS coming home, seeing as how I'm WORKING out by Springfield on Monday morning and kind of need a car to get there. If I hadn't already sunk hundreds of dollars into this problem, I probably would not return to Audi of Westwood. Everyone working there seems extremely nice and accommodating, I just wish they were more efficient. More
This is my second purchase through Prime Motor Group and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have never seen a sales team go above and beyond as they have. I found Audi Westwood on Dealerrater.com. I was impressed by the reviews that were written by customers about the dealership and in particular Ken Bourne. I had a clear idea of what I wanted to buy and neede by the reviews that were written by customers about the dealership and in particular Ken Bourne. I had a clear idea of what I wanted to buy and needed a no-nonsense quote so that I could make a decision. I wanted to make the buy decision without going to the dealership and going through a long sales pitch or receiving none valuable information. I called up the dealership and asked to speak with Ken. Once we connected, I briefed Ken on what I needed and on my expectations of not going through a prolonged discussion or negotiation. Ken took the information and returned my call in less than 30 minutes. I had several follow up questions all of which Ken responded to very quickly. In less than hour - I was convinced that I wanted to work with Ken and that he was providing a great price without any "hidden fees". We purchased the car that day. Ken was very pleasant and easy to talk with. My wife and I both felt very comfortable asking any question of him and also enjoyed talking with him. He was very patient, has an excellent knowledge of Audi products and took time to walk us through "using the car" helping us to set up our phones and teaching us how to use the many great features of the car. He even called us the day after we drove the car home to ensure that everything was fine. We also met Karen Fisher who finalized the paperwork. She is wonderful-extremely personable and intelligent - very nice to talk with. Overall a great experience, dealership, car and Ken and Karen are just fantastic- I would buy from them again and recommend anyone wanting to buy an audi to call or go see Ken. (written by RP) More

Ken spent as much time as we needed. I test drove a Q5 and made a purchase. It took a month and Ken kept me posted the whole time. At delivery, Ken spent over 2 hours with me going over everything. No hurry, no hassle. We did not make the second purchase, yet. The minor glitch was the business person, Mike. He scheduled an 8:30 AM meeting the next day to have a treatment done to the exterior paint. He never showed but the service staff was very acommodating and got me a loaner in 5 min and called me 2 hours later when the treatament was done. The Audi Dealership of Westwood, MA was one of the best dealerships I have ever visited. The sales team met with me 20 minutes before close and stayed open past closing to allow me to test drive some of th dealerships I have ever visited. They answered just about every question I asked, and if they did not have the answer right away, they always followed up with the answer. They took care of all the registration, inspection and insurance concerns, saving me time and stress. Audi of Westwood was professional in every essence of the word. More
