I was looking to test drive a 2010 S4 and Audi of Westwood was the only local dealer that had one available. He was very patient with the numerous questions I had and took me on a lengthy test drive to give me a good feel for the car. When it turned out that there were no models in the US with the options I wanted, Ken helped me to order the car for a March delivery. Negotiating a price on the S4 was surprisingly painless. The sales manager, Brad, was great to work with and didn't give off the typical car salesman vibe, which made me much more comfortable making a deal with him. Ken was also very accommodating when I wanted to change the configuration of my vehicle after it had already been ordered. The finance department were also able to match the best offer I got from my bank, which turned out to be even lower than their advertised rates. Once I had taken delivery, Ken spent over an hour showing me how every feature of the car worked and made sure I was completely comfortable with the car. I can't imagine having a more pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable and treated me like a valued customer, which was a refreshing change compared with other dealers I had visited. I've already been raving to anyone that will listen about my new S4 and the great experience I had with the people at Audi of Westwood, and I don't see that changing for quite a while. More
Prior to now I've bought four automobiles. Each encounter was confrontational,irrational and left me feeling as if I'd been taken advantage of. Needless to say, I was very apprehensive about going auto shopping. I'd set my sights on an Audi convertible and my brother (another one of Ken's clients) recommended I contact Ken at Westwood Audi. Prior to our meeting Ken interviewed me on the phone to ensure that he knew what I was looking for. After ascertaining my needs he selected an appropriate model and we arranged a time to see it in person. From the start, Ken's demeanor and very obvious knowledge of his product set me at ease. He began our converstion by reminding me that I didn't have to buy this particular car, and that if I didn't like it he'd find me another more suitable one. As it turned out, I loved it. Back at his desk, he offered me a very fair price, and then was able to find me some additioanl savings. In the end I was very pleased and would certainly use Ken again and recommend him to all my friends. P.S. I love the car. It's everything I'd hoped for and more. More

Having arrived to the US relatively recently, we were new to the system. When we first arrived to the Audi Westwood dealership, we were really lucky to meet John Suh. He was very knowledgeable, highly professional, friendly but never pushy, on every occasion we met, plus we were in email contact throughout the whole buying procedure. We felt we made a good deal, and the S5 actually arrived earlier than expected. We left the dealership with a huge smile on our faces and we know that we can contact John in case we have any problems with the car in the future. More

Ken worked well with me to find the right car with the right customizations to fit my driving personality and needs. I just bought an Audi A8 and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Ken Bourne and thought he was great. The negotiation was very direct. There was no hiding the ball and nothing to insult my intelligence. I also found everyone in the dealership friendly and accomodating. Mike worked with me on the financing and was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They took the time to answer all my questions, ran me through all the car's bells and whistles and even set up my phone. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone. A great group of people who clearly love what they do. More
I recently purchased a brand new Audi A5 from Audi Westwood and I dealt with Ken Bourne and Karen Fisher. I visited several Audi dealerships when looking into the A5 and was discouraged by the lack of Westwood and I dealt with Ken Bourne and Karen Fisher. I visited several Audi dealerships when looking into the A5 and was discouraged by the lack of friendliness and resourcefulness of other dealerships in the Boston area such as Bernardi. When I got to Westwood I was impressed by the entire experience from start to finish. Ken was fast in getting back with answers to my questions via email or phone and he helped me through the entire car purchasing process since my previous car was from out of state. When I went to pick up my car Ken sat down with me for a long time guiding me through all of the buttons and features of my car. I reccommend Audi Westwood and Ken Bourne/Karen Fisher very highly. I look forward to dealing with them again soon and reccommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. More
Going to purchased a new/used vehicle has never been a pleasant experience for me. Each time I've bought a car, I've had a very heated discussion with the salesman AND their manager. It's been stressful, nervewracking and downright horrible. When I walked into Audi Westwood I had expected the same thing. We met Ken and went through what we were looking for. He searched the inventory and found us a few vehicles that he thought we would like. After taking one for a test drive, we decided to talk about sell price. This was where I thought the fight would begin. I was wrong. It was a discussion and not an argument. The pricing was neatly typed out and very clear on what the costs were. I never had to meet with the Manager and within a few minutes, an agreement was made on the price. I couldn't believe it! It was WONDERFUL!!! I would definitely come back and recommend both the dealership and Ken Bourne to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. THank you for making this experience one of a kind!!! More
Audi of Westwood (Prime Audi, not Clair anymore I guess) has a very, very nice staff in the service department. Other than that, my experience is nothing I want to remember. I brought my 2002 Audi A4 in for has a very, very nice staff in the service department. Other than that, my experience is nothing I want to remember. I brought my 2002 Audi A4 in for a tune-up, replacement key, and to resolve my Check Engine light, which was related to the malfunctioning engine thermostat and the malfunctioning temperature sensor gauge in the dash. After a couple days, the problem was reportedly fixed. Picked it up, started driving it home, and about 20 minutes later the check engine light came back on and I noticed the temperature sensor gauge in the dash was completely past the red H (a.k.a. overheated engine), which was the original problem. Brought it back later that week to get worked on again. A few hundred dollars later, the problem was reportedly fixed again, and the key had finally come in. Went to start the car and oops, someone at the dealership had left my lights on all night. Dead battery. After THAT situation was taken care of, I started on my way home, realizing the gauge started on C (cold) and progressed to the medium engine temp, as it should, and the Check Engine light was off. Problem fixed! Except 3 days later, it wasn't...again. Needle of the gauge likes to start up on H (hot) and proceed all the way to the right of the metallic ring...still. Anyways, I temporarily go to school and work in Western Mass and have very few opportunities to come back east, so earlier this week I called and informed them that I still had not gotten my money's worth of service, and asked if I could drop the car off Friday and pick it up Saturday (today). They said YES, so I drove an hour and a half home, dropped the car off last night, and expected a certain service technician to call me this morning to inform me of the situation. So 4 pm rolls around (service bay closing time) without a call. I call them, wait 20 minutes on the line, and find out that no one touched my car today, they were waiting for Monday so the particular technician that's been working on my car can keep working on it. If they had told me this earlier in the week, I would NOT have wasted my time and GAS coming home, seeing as how I'm WORKING out by Springfield on Monday morning and kind of need a car to get there. If I hadn't already sunk hundreds of dollars into this problem, I probably would not return to Audi of Westwood. Everyone working there seems extremely nice and accommodating, I just wish they were more efficient. More
This is my second purchase through Prime Motor Group and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have never seen a sales team go above and beyond as they have.
