We communicated via email and telephone, and we arranged an onsite visit so I could test drive the Audi S4. The dealership did not have an S4 with manual transmission in stock, so she searched the area and discovered there was one arriving at the dealership in a couple of weeks. She was out of the office the day of the test drive, but she ensured that an S4 with automatic transmission would be ready for my arrival. When I arrived at the dealership, Bradley Levin in Sales was expecting me and immediately introduced himself. He spent some time educating me about the car, and he then gave me the keys for a test drive - I loved the driving experience. Bradley provided me with a great quote, and I gave him a deposit on the S4 with manual transmission before I left the dealership. When my car arrived at the dealership a couple of weeks later, Karen Fisher (Finance) and I started working through the finance details. She and I talked several times throughout the day, and she went out of her way to answer my questions and ensure I had all of the facts correct. Each time we talked, she had found another way to make our deal attractive. By the end of the day, she had worked out a great lease payment plan for me, and I went to the dealership the next day to sign the paperwork. Since it was Karen’s day off, Michael in Finance had all of the details and handled the process quickly, efficiently and accurately. Ken Bourne handled my delivery, and he made the experience fun and exciting. He spent over an hour with me to teach me how to use the numerous features in my S4. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all of the features in detail. He was thorough and patient and he offered a follow-up in a couple of weeks if I wanted to revisit any features again. Ken is an asset to Audi! Overall, Westwood Audi is an outstanding dealership. They are very customer-focused, and it is obvious that the employees are very proud to be part of the Audi family.
