Sales team was very easy to deal with (Ken Bourne), finance people did not push too hard. This is my third Audi- bought one in 2002 from Clair Audi (prior name) and when they moved further away to westwood, I went with a more local choice. Big mistake. I know from personal experience that the service department at Audi of Westwood is the best around, and I am willing to go out of my way a bit to stick with this dealership. I was so impressed I plan to order another vehicle from them (a Q5) when my current lease expries this summer. 5 stars- would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for an Audi vehicle.
