Our experience at Audi of Westwood could not have been any better. John Suh was our salesman and right from the beginning he was extrememly efficient. He is very knowledgeable about the Q5 and patiently spent time with me to demonstrate and explain the navigation, media, radio, and phone systems as well as showing me the different locations of certain knobs, buttons etc. He quickly paired my phone for blue tooth. Since November 1st, when we bought the car, John has been both emailing and calling me to make sure that I am not having any issues or need any questions answered. We would certainly buy another car from John at Westwood since our experience with him was so good. I called Prime Audi Westwood after deciding to buy a 2011 Audi Q7 TDI. Having never seen a Q7 TDI or ever driven a diesel, my decision was almost entirely based on internet research. This was stressful, so I had to rely on the advice of Bryan Drew and commit to buying the vehicle almost blind. Bryan was great helping me and making me feel comfortable. He has been with Audi for a long time and knows his stuff. He assured me that I would be satisfied and I could tell he meant it. I originally called and spoke to Elaine who works directly with Bryan in sales. She was also very helpful. Bryan is in sales, but he is also the inventory manager which is great if you need him to locate a specific vehicle that may be in another dealer's inventory. He is well connected within the dealer circle and knows how to find specific cars for his customers. Bryan quickly located the vehicle at port where it was being held, and immediately released it for shipping. I had the vehicle within 5 days and love it. Driving it home I noticed it was consistently reading above 30MPG highway traveling at about 70MPH. Safety, spacious comfort, fuel economy.... TDI Awesome! Thank you Audi, Bryan and Elaine. More

The whole dealership is very friendly. Every time I walked in, there was someone to greet me. My sales person, Ken, was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Car wasn't prepped well. Appeared that it was raced through some type of low quality carwash and support post-sale has been non-existent. I called in on a vehicle I have been researching. I spoke with Nina in Sales who was willing to go over all the different options with me on the vehicle and take the time to price everything out.
