Outstanding!! I had the pleasure of working with Cardinia who made everything so easy! She helped me find a car that was exactly what I wanted. Do not recommend First sales person wouldn’t provide me list of Audis with manual transmissions Second sales person gave me a price via email but when I went in to s First sales person wouldn’t provide me list of Audis with manual transmissions Second sales person gave me a price via email but when I went in to see the car and purchase, He gave me a higher price even though I had his email The car was not clean when I picked it up, I did not get the owner’s manual and my name and phone number were entered into the database incorrectly. Sales person was more interested in asking me to still give him a good review than going over the features of the car or making sure it was ready for pickup. Brought it in for the first service and interior was not cleaned. Will never go back More

belittling Went in to trade my Acura MDX for a Q7. The sales rep was very nice but when it came to talk the cost of my trade a sales manager approached me offere Went in to trade my Acura MDX for a Q7. The sales rep was very nice but when it came to talk the cost of my trade a sales manager approached me offered me $7,000 less than their online quote and basically walked my daughter and I out the door and was clear from his attitude “don’t come back” uninterested in making a sale. I guess you need a man to be with you to represent seeing this Young male wanted nothing to do with me. I am old enough to be his mother and probably make more yearly than he ever will. I was also told “mostly doctors come in here” to buy cars.. well excuse me for being a nurse! I felt belittled and not good enough to be in there. My teenage daughter said “mom that man thought we were poor I think”. Rude and would never go back. Horrible. Give someone else your business! I bought my last car at Herb Chambers Braintree I will go back to where I was treated with respect. More
Loud waiting area and unattentive I had the worst experience in the Audi Westwood waiting area. There were 3 other people from the same family all speaking on their cell phones on SPE I had the worst experience in the Audi Westwood waiting area. There were 3 other people from the same family all speaking on their cell phones on SPEAKER phone the entire hour I waited. When I asked someone at the desk to please ask them to take it off speaker, they said they couldn’t because it’s a public place. It was rude and unprofessional. Three different conversations all at once on speaker. Furthermore, it took much longer than it should have, and the part they needed for my car was not in stock. More
Stay away deceptive practices They made me wait 6 hours to get a car. Low balled on trade - when I said Mercedes was to give me the Kelly blue book they asked to see it. Most dealers don’t give you the appraisal report. Do you think Audi would? But I had it and they were willing to come up some. Not once in the 6 hours showed me how to use the options but the sales girl had no problem watching me pull things out of my bmw into the Audi. Told me how she used to work at Volvo and lied saying she loved driving them when she didn’t. So if she left Audi for another she would rave about those cars too. Made fun of callers who didn’t know options like the gas tank etc yet she won’t show you. Too busy trying to swindle cash outta you. They’ll make sure they keep you and then finance will tell you there’s a problem after 6 hours. My credit union is appalled at what they pulled. Stay away - go with a bmw or Mercedes. Volkswagen owns Audi and they’re being sued for deceptive emission practices by the courts so you’d think they would learn. Audi USA is a joke bc they tell you to watch videos while you’re driving. Worst experience in my life. Which makes me hate the car. More

They refused to reimburse me for the $1350 I had to pay a Vermont Audi dealer to have them replaced. I just today reported them to both Audi USA and the Massachusetts Better Business Bureau. They even refused to call our local Audi dealer service department to find out what they had found. Loud and pushy call from the manager. Very, very bad attitude. They don’t even care about standing behind their products and reputation. Avoid them!!! More
