Loud waiting area and unattentive I had the worst experience in the Audi Westwood waiting area. There were 3 other people from the same family all speaking on their cell phones on SPE I had the worst experience in the Audi Westwood waiting area. There were 3 other people from the same family all speaking on their cell phones on SPEAKER phone the entire hour I waited. When I asked someone at the desk to please ask them to take it off speaker, they said they couldn’t because it’s a public place. It was rude and unprofessional. Three different conversations all at once on speaker. Furthermore, it took much longer than it should have, and the part they needed for my car was not in stock. More
Stay away deceptive practices They made me wait 6 hours to get a car. Low balled on trade - when I said Mercedes was to give me the Kelly blue book they asked to see it. Most dealers don’t give you the appraisal report. Do you think Audi would? But I had it and they were willing to come up some. Not once in the 6 hours showed me how to use the options but the sales girl had no problem watching me pull things out of my bmw into the Audi. Told me how she used to work at Volvo and lied saying she loved driving them when she didn’t. So if she left Audi for another she would rave about those cars too. Made fun of callers who didn’t know options like the gas tank etc yet she won’t show you. Too busy trying to swindle cash outta you. They’ll make sure they keep you and then finance will tell you there’s a problem after 6 hours. My credit union is appalled at what they pulled. Stay away - go with a bmw or Mercedes. Volkswagen owns Audi and they’re being sued for deceptive emission practices by the courts so you’d think they would learn. Audi USA is a joke bc they tell you to watch videos while you’re driving. Worst experience in my life. Which makes me hate the car. More

They refused to reimburse me for the $1350 I had to pay a Vermont Audi dealer to have them replaced. I just today reported them to both Audi USA and the Massachusetts Better Business Bureau. They even refused to call our local Audi dealer service department to find out what they had found. Loud and pushy call from the manager. Very, very bad attitude. They don’t even care about standing behind their products and reputation. Avoid them!!! More

I scheduled appointment for oil change and filter on my Audi A8 W12. This is very expensive car. My car is in excellent mechanical condition, had no leaks and etc. I noticed about a week after they changed for my car oil I found underneath my engine two leaks. One was from coolant system pipe and one from power stearing system pipe. My car was always garaged and those pipes had like new condition. Why I know these people doing this because I was servicing my Mercedes Benz S500 about 8 years ago in Mercedes Benz of Westwood next door, same Prime dealership family. I did oil change for my Mercedes and all my problems started. One problem after another. After 4 trips to Mercedes Benz of Westwood dealership I found out the service department was doing this for my car on purpose so I can comeback again and spend money. My friend said to me big dealerships doing this all the time and I have to find good garage on internet. I did my research and I found very good and very honest mechanic in Quincy MA. He checked my car and said to me the problems Mercedes Benz of Westwood listed on my work sheet were not existed and 100% lie. I use now this mechanic in Quincy and I have no problems at all. Just do regular service and that's it. Today I found very good mechanic on internet in Waltham MA for my Audi. Hopefully this garage will service my car always. More

Once they agreed to purchase the car back, they then tried to swindle more money out of my mom by not paying her the full value of the car. Needless to say, these salesmen are aweful. For all we know the car was totaled due to the air bags being deployed. I have zero respect for these people, and it should be made known how terrible they are. STAY AWAY!!! More
Double check all their service work!!!!!! If you buy a CPO car from this dealership take the car IMMEDIATELY to an independent Audi mechanic to verify the condition of your car. If you get any service done by them for suggested maintenance as listed by Audi care, double check the paperwork and documentation of WHAT they actually did to the car. Demand a print out of the 30 point check they supposedly do. I have brought my car to an independent mechanic immediately after having my car serviced at this dealership. So far both times I have documented their extreme negligence and outright deceptive practices. Be warned! They will do everything possible to take your money and not produce what is included/listed in certified pre own warranty. Request this document to verify the accuracy of their information. Service manager has yet to contact me. More

So he brought it to Prime Audi and they had it for a week, then said it was a brake switch so I paid them for the repair and left only to see the same problem happen. I called them and notified them it has the same problem as it was brought in for and thy said just bring it back. So I did just that, it has been another 10 days and I just called them only to find out that nothing has been repaired and that I now need to replace my battery that died while trying to start the car. They refuse to take my call and are refusing to fix the car that I already paid them to fix. This is very bad business. So got to Audi or Natick as these guys are so shady and don't even return phone calls. They have had my car for getting close to three weeks. More

Without exception every experience has been positive. Then service managers work around my schedule and needs. When there has been any issue they have taken me to the mechanic to look at the car (when indicated) to discuss what is needed. This was,not to give me a hard sell but instead an appraisal of the options and whether a job could wait or not. In the past they also worked to extend a service warranty, at no cost to me. My car runs beautifully, I am given the best loaner they can offer and honestly, I can find no fault, only praise - Despite being long out of warranty, I stay with this dealer rather than going to a cheaper independent - they have earned my loyalty and business.
