Patrick helped me decide whether to purchase brand new or explore a CPO they had available and was able to value my trade right over the phone, sight unseen. Peter assisted me with the sale and he was an absolute delight to work with from texting to email to meeting in person. He's a true gem and asset to the dealership! Mike went over the paperwork with me and also did a great job discussing my options for additional coverages and protection based on asking good questions and recommending based on what would benefit me. All in all an excellent experience and again well worth the trip to Westwood. More
I would not recommend anyone come here to do the service. The service staffs are not friendly, racist, unprofessional especially not knowledgeable. I just bought the car few days ago then came for the flat tire. When I arrived at the entrance; none of them come out to greet even though they were not seem busy at all. The one who is taking care my service named Lauren. F; not friendly, unprofessional, poor communication especially racist. At first, they said my tire can be fixed; after 1:30 hr; they said it can’t be fixed. They told me that the car will be done in the afternoon but later told us that it just can be done until the next day.The story doesn’t stop there; after I received my car back that afternoon; all the car smells like food. The next day; I need to drive back to get the service done after almost the whole day waiting. So, new owners; BE AWARE of this location if you want to stop by to do the service. They don’t know much about car service; irresponsible and racist. More

From the initial online contact to pinpointing exactly what I needed in a vehicle to going over options and being transparent about pricing and getting me out of one lease to move into another, they were flawless. Joyce in sales and Dave in finance were a delight to work with and I appreciated their dedication throughout the process. It was fast, easy and seamless. Highly recommend these guys for a pleasant car buying experience. More

When I went to pick up the car, they wanted 175 dollars forthe code.Now, a year later, I need to used the extended warranty I paid 4000 dollars for - but they never gave me the contract. So when I get them to make me a copy - what do I find? A 500 dollar deductible!!!! Who would geta 4000 dollar insurance policy with a 500 dollar deductible!! xxxxxxx dealers who rip you off at every turn. Don't buy from that scumbage Shuster either. He only cares about the sale - after you leave with the car he never heard of you if you have a probem. Won't return calls. More

Unprofessional Sales Manager Anastasiya was really good and helped me figure out which car I wanted. She was also trying hard to get me a good deal. Then this guy, Patrick something (her manager) comes in and tells "You can buy the car from somewhere else if you want to". Well thanks for the advice, I am buying from somewhere else. I just hope Carmax/Carvana gets better so that you don't have to visit such dealerships. He is your typical salesman who is trying to push you into making a decision telling that the car is going to sell within a day. Beware of some of his quotes "I have someone coming to view this car tomorrow at 10" "If not you then someone else will buy it" "I will offer an Audi Merch if that makes you happy" More
