Subpar Service I have been a returning customer for services to my Audi A3 at Audi of Westwood. I had brought my car in today for a routine service, oil change, and I have been a returning customer for services to my Audi A3 at Audi of Westwood. I had brought my car in today for a routine service, oil change, and to get a tire pressure sensor turned off. My appointment was for 8 A.M, I was there for 7:45 A.M. The service was not completed until 10 AM which wasn't too alarming but when I got the car back after being told "we are just waiting on the car getting washed", the vehicle was returned looking unwashed, tires had white paint all over them (very hard to get off btw), the pressure sensor was not reset, and a $210 dollar bill. This service was extremely frustrating and unfortunate as I had good luck with them previously. Will not use this service center again. I ended up calling back to at least get a walk through on how to turn the sensor off myself, however no phone call was received. More
