Great service Things did not go as planned I drive car there but after having transmission fluid checked all the fluid came out due to a broken part in transmission Things did not go as planned I drive car there but after having transmission fluid checked all the fluid came out due to a broken part in transmission even though the the dealer couldn’t put the fluid back in. they were very professional and waived the fee since I would have to tow car out and find a way to replace fluid my self. Best Service Best service I just have had another great experience at Audi Westwood. My engine light came on again and yesterday I made an appointment for a Best service I just have had another great experience at Audi Westwood. My engine light came on again and yesterday I made an appointment for a late Saturday afternoon (today) scheduled service. Then I got a call from Steve (Stephen Mercier) that he would reschedule my service visit at an earlier time as the engine light issue could be tricky and take longer to fully diagnose and fix it. I came to the service around 6:45 this morning and Steve was already there. He carefully took all the information and assured me that the problem would be taken care of; in addition, he arranged a loaner car for me right away so I could drive home. It was expected to take a couple days to fully diagnose the issue and repair it, however to my surprise about 3 hours later Steve called me and told me that the car was fixed: they replaced the intake runner value and the problem is fixed. I am very delighted to be able to drive my wonderful A6 back home within the morning. Thank you very much Steve! I have experienced with service with two other Audi dealers in Massachusetts in the last 20 years, but Westwood Audi is the best for service and Steve (Stephen Mercier) provided me with the best service and experience! Jeff is wonderful as he is very thought I just took my A6 for a check engine light service at Audi Westwood this week and I had a great experience! Jeff is wonderful as he is very thoughtful and enthusiastic to help. He kept me updated about the repair status in a very timely fashion. When he learnt that it would take a while to diagnose and fix the problem, he arranged a loaner car immediately so I didn't have wait there for hours. Next day when the car got fixed he would arrange a test drive to make sure everything is perfect before I picked up my car. Thank you very much Jeff and Audi Westwood! More
