Jeff is wonderful as he is very thoughtful and enthusiastic to help. He kept me updated about the repair status in a very timely fashion. When he learnt that it would take a while to diagnose and fix the problem, he arranged a loaner car immediately so I didn't have wait there for hours. Next day when the car got fixed he would arrange a test drive to make sure everything is perfect before I picked up my car. Thank you very much Jeff and Audi Westwood! More
