Audi Quality Issues Brought car in for a fuel actuator replacement. Dealership fixed same part that broke two years ago. Jeff set the service r My Audi A3 battery was dead and I took it to Audi Westwood this morning and I was very delighted to see Jeff (Lloyd) was there. Jeff set the service request up promptly and the mechanic performed a fabulous job to diagnose the problem and replaced the battery with a new one, and I was able to drive the car away within a couple hours on a very busy service Monday morning. Jeff and Audi Westwood provided the best service again and I would recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues with most enthusiasm. Thank you! More

Audi Certified Pre-owned A6 Car is nice, price was decent, low balled me on the trade but came close to the real trade-in value after negotiating a bit. Sales person Ruzhena Vishnevski was very friendly and responsive to emails right up to the close. After the close not so much. Not even an "hello" or "thank you" now. I was told the car had adaptive cruise control and brake assist. After reading the manual I learned it has neither but I like the car and undoing the deal with trade would not be worth the trouble. Really not too happy about this however. I also emailed service to find out exactly when the original warranty expires (would have thought this information would have been included with closing docs) but never received a response. I had to choose yes or no as to whether I would recommend the dealership. I choose yes but be aware. Cross the T's and dot the I's and have them demonstrate all claimed options. Buyer Beware... More
If you need service, look elsewhere! Still not impressed with the service department here. I brought in my 2018 RS 3 with 1400 miles for the 10,000 mile/1 year service as well as a state Still not impressed with the service department here. I brought in my 2018 RS 3 with 1400 miles for the 10,000 mile/1 year service as well as a state inspection. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeff (who by the way was very polite), and I proceeded to tell him why I was there. He then proceeded to look over the car, and stated to take a seat in the waiting area where he would be with me shortly. After several minutes I was wondering why Jeff was taking care of me since my appointment was booked through Renan De Almeida. I then asked a service adviser who Renan was and he pointed him out to me. I introduced myself to Renan and he just looked at me as if he didn't care. At the same time that I was introducing myself, Jeff spoke out and let me know that they work as a team and that he would be taking care of me. I had no idea what their service process was... Next, one of their younger helpers took the car in for what I thought was for the service and sticker. About 10-15 minutes later he comes back with the car, and asked me if that was my car. I told him yes and he said it's all set. What he did was just the state inspection and not the service. Jeff told him the work order was on the dash and that service still needed to be performed on it. Back the car went into the shop, and this time it was about 45 min to 1 hour for the service. After I returned home I noticed that the oil was at the minimum level and not in the middle just like it was when I brought it in for service. I also noticed oil residue on a few pieces of plastic and grease/dirt on one of the tops of the fenders under the hood. One would think better care would be taken, but I guess not. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the service department and having them leave grease marks on my car, or even damage my wheel not once but twice when a tire had to be replaced. Next time if I need to l I'll just go to another dealership. More
