I am writing this to warn others about the appalling experience I had at Audi of Westwood. What should have been a standard recall appointment for my Q7 turned into a nightmare of technical coercion and experience I had at Audi of Westwood. What should have been a standard recall appointment for my Q7 turned into a nightmare of technical coercion and legal overreach. Coercive Service Tactics: The service department refused to perform a safety recall—a manufacturer-mandated fix—unless I agreed to pay for other high-priced repairs first. This "pay-to-play" approach for a safety-critical issue is predatory and unacceptable. Loaner Vehicle & Damages: After initially being denied a loaner, I was eventually given a vehicle that hadn't even been serviced. Furthermore, during a situation where I followed specific instructions provided by the staff, the loaner sustained damage. They attempted to charge me not only for that damage but for unrelated issues. When I asked for the "video evidence" they claimed to have, they went silent and failed to produce a single frame. Federal Privacy Violations: Most disturbingly, the dealership resorted to character assassination. They contacted an outside source and disclosed my private financial information—a blatant violation of federal privacy laws. Harassment and Management Failure: I have faced continued harassment from Service Consultant Jae Mason and Service Director Nick Dagostino. Their lack of professionalism is staggering. Despite the severity of these events, General Manager Tim Veiga has yet to offer a sincere apology or hold his staff accountable. More
The dealership was clean, well lit, and organized very nicely. The staff were very helpful, especially the salesperson who assisted me, Ruzhena. When a car I had previously looked at, and liked, became available again she reached out to me quickly and we were able to close a sale quickly. While the CSR, Mikayla, was exceptional, the service director Nick is unprofessional at best. I decided to service my 2025 Audi RSQ8 Performance there because of the convenience of the location. My ve director Nick is unprofessional at best. I decided to service my 2025 Audi RSQ8 Performance there because of the convenience of the location. My vehicle had a full paint correction and Modesto ceramic coating applied. For this reason I declined a post service wash. The wash happened regardless and photos taken due to how horribly it was done. The result left my car covered in scratches. Nick’s response was “we won’t be doing anything for you” after asking that they return the finish of the car to the condition it was in before my service. He did add that I have a nice day before hanging up on me. I should add that he shared my personal information with a 3rd party outside of the dealership without my consent. More
I can't say enough positive things about my experience recently at Audi Westwood. Chace, in particular, who was my service consultant, went above and beyond to help me with a repair needed on my 2024 A4. recently at Audi Westwood. He was courteous, professional, and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I will no longer frequent the former dealership that I had been using for the past 11 years. Going forward, Audi Westwood will be my dealership, and I will specifically reach out to Chace, when my car needs to be serviced. Thank you for all your help recently, it was very much appreciated.
