I had actually checked dealerrater.com before starting my car shopping, and was very surprised to see Braman Audi listed so highly. I had never purchased from a Braman dealership before, but had my BMW servi car shopping, and was very surprised to see Braman Audi listed so highly. I had never purchased from a Braman dealership before, but had my BMW serviced at the Braman BMW, and was not overly impressed. Many of my friends had also told me to stay away from Braman, as they were not happy of how they were treated. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the Braman Audi dealership, and met Dennis Turner. I was interested in the Audi A5 coupe, but wanted a manual transmission. Dennis took me out in a model he had on the lot that was an automatic transmission, so that I could get a feel for it, and when he saw how serious I was about driving, also let me drive the A5 convertible model he had driven with me to the lot, back to the dealership. While I wasn't impressed with how the automatic transmission handled, I still liked the car, and was curious to see if there were any sticks available. Dennis found out that a model with a manual transmission had been special ordered but then canceled, was arriving in June, and would I like to be informed of its arrival at the dealership? I thought, sure, but still considered other manufacturers in my quest for my perfect car. Sure enough, I received emails and a phone call from Dennis, informing me of the arrival of not just the black Audi A5 that was special ordered, but also two identical Ibis White manual transmission A5 coupes that came from the factory, and when would I like to come down for a test drive? I was still trying to decide which car I wanted, and was not ready to commit yet, but kept checking the Braman Audi website for their inventory. First the black special order was sold, then one of the whites were sold. The more I thought about it, since Audi was the only dealership that even stocked any of their cars I wanted in manual transmissions, I was more inclined to purchase from them over BMW, where I would have had to special order one and wait 8-12 weeks. I contacted Dennis to arrange to test drive the one remaining white A5 coupe. I was impressed at how well the manual transmission handled in this car. It was a much better drive than the automatic, and I was hooked. But I still needed to do my pricing research, and discuss everything with my husband. A few days later, I received an email from Dennis, with a photo of the car I drove, with the caption, "Come take me home!" I thought it was cute- not too pushy, yet a subtle reminder of this gorgeous car I drove. I did so much research, I even made a spreadsheet to compare the Audi with the BMW, Infiniti and Mazda cars I was considering. Dennis and Ron, the manager, had called me with different pricing figures that they had been working on. I went to zag.com, where we had obtained a fantastic price for my husband's Infiniti, and got pricing for the a5. Although Braman was not one of the dealerships that dealt with zag pricing, neither was the Infiniti dealership that matched the price, and hoped they would meet their price. My husband and I arranged to meet again with Dennis late on a Saturday afternoon. After informing Dennis that I wanted to purchase, and didn't care about monthly payment, but bottom line what the price of the car would be, I waited for he and Ron to return with a price. I figured I would have to haggle to get the price I wanted. I nearly fell off my chair when Ron gave me the price - which was comparable to the zag.com price!! I still felt like I needed to get a better deal - and he agreed to reduce the price by $200 - the amount of the all-weather floor mats that had been included in the price of the car, something I didn't want or need. The only thing I was disappointed in - was that he could not come down another $500 - that was the amount that was shown on the Braman website when you register on the site before you come in to purchase a new car- claiming that had to be done before coming in. (We figured they probably would not meet the zag price AND take off $500.) So even though it was the end of day on Saturday, Dennis stuck around after hours to complete the sale and demonstrate all of the intricacies of my new A5. We had discovered a few smudges on the interior that the detailing department had missed; Dennis has promised that I could bring the car back and they would redo the detailing for me, at my convenience. Also, I had wanted to transfer my license plate from a previous vehicle to my new Audi, but did not have the plate with me; Dennis and Ron agreed to register the car with my tag number, and go home with a temporary plate; Dennis came by my house personally the next morning to swap out my plate with the dealer's, thus avoiding another trip back to West Palm Beach. So overall, I am more than pleased with my experience at Braman Audi. Dennis and Ron were professional, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending Braman Audi to anyone I know who is in the market for a car! More

Everyone was pleasant right from the walk in. Mr Marty Newman introduced himself and was listening to what I was interested in. We bought the car in less than 1 hour. Mark was very knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. He worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and then worked with Audi to obtain the car and financing package that met my criterea.
