I did not make any quick decisions in my search for a car and it took me a couple of months to do so, but never at any time did I feel pressured by him. I also want to mention that, whenever Paul was not in or available, he had fellow sales associate Chris Hill as a terrific backup to help me with whatever I needed. Chris always seemed enthusiastic about working with me as a customer and sincere in his desire to help. Now that I have my Audi, I will miss seeing them as often, but it is thrilling to finally be driving the car I know was meant for me. More

This was my first experience with a luxury dealer and my very first luxury purchase-I'm so excited with my new Audi Q5 (her name is Betty). I was impressed with his knowlege of the vehicle and how he wanted to make sure that we left with the vehicle of our choice at our price. We were trying to buy a Q5 in Florida remotely from the UK and found it difficult to find an Audi dealer who would take us seriously. The experience on the phone with other dealers was generally poor, an UK and found it difficult to find an Audi dealer who would take us seriously. The experience on the phone with other dealers was generally poor, and all insisted we 'call into the dealership' despite me explaining that this was not possible. Q5's are thin on the ground so we needed to secure one ahead of our trip so that it could be delivered ASAP on our arrival. Also, it was difficult to get an accurate trade value on our old car without us taking it to a dealer. I stumbled across Dealerrater by accident when googling Audi dealers in Florida. No surprise that other people's experience in dealing with the other South Florida Audi dealers wasn't great either. I emailed Marty purely based on other people's comments on Dealerrater, particularly as a couple of the other comments were from people who bought from him remotely. Braman was 2 1/2 hours north from us, but I felt that it would be worth the drive to get the car we wanted with an honest deal and to avoid a bad experience. From the first email Marty went the extra mile to get the car we wanted and make the deal smooth. Marty found us the exact spec Q5 we wanted from stock, but it was going to be expensive to have a tow hitch fitted as the car was at the dealer already. No problem, Marty found another one the exact same spec that was still being shipped, so the tow hitch could be fitted at the port on arrival in the U.S. much cheaper than the dealer fitting it. How can other dealers not get us a Q5 at all but Marty at Braman can find 2 the exact same in 24 hours ??? 4 weeks later the Q5 was ready to collect when we arrived in Florida, as promised, and Marty kept us informed of it's progress by email. Marty also gave a trade value based on my honest description of our current car over the phone. He was good to his word and once he inspected the car, and it was as I described, he gave us the price we had agreed - no quibble. Our experience at the dealership was great. Braman is 5 minutes off junction 99 of the Turnpike and the minute we walked in the door everyone was very friendly. The Q5 was immaculately presented. Marty is a fun guy and made the collection process a breeze. Laura took care of all the paperwork and was also very friendly and efficient. Would I drive 2 1/2 hours to buy another Audi from Marty at Braman ?Absolutely ! If you aren't local to Palm Beach do yourself a favour and make the drive rather than put up with poor service from your local dealer. More
