Working with us from start to finish, he was knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchasing process, from working with us on price, finding an acceptable financing formula that we were comfortable with, understanding and answering our questions about vehicle maintenance, explaining in detail but in an easily understandable manner the many specific features of the Audi we were purchasing. Our test drive experience, including both myself and my wife, included a wide variety of driving environments so we both would feel comfortable with the Audi's capabilities. He went the "extra mile" in facilitating the "paperwork" of purchasing, staying beyond his normal working hours in an unhurried, but efficient manner to explain and expedite the process.
