Before and during the test drive, Mr. Newman explained the different features and the build quality of Audi Automobiles. He also answered any questions or concerns that I had. The negotiating process was completed quickly and very easily. Basically, I was offered exactly what I was looking for. Before and during delivery of my new S4, Mr. Newman sat with me to set up the different features of my car. He made sure I understood the basics of the vehicle before driving off the lot. Mr. Newman was very detailed and offered me the opportunity to bring the car back at any time to review anything that I did not understand.
