I have purchased new Audis previously in NJ for myself and have almost always had a great experience, so I'm glad to see there's an Audi dealership in South Florida that continues that trend since my family lives down here and I may someday as well. I'd also like to point out that Madeer (I hope I spelled it right) was also extremely helpful and patient in going over all the paperwork. I feel like I should point out that we did have one problem that luckily didn't ruin our experience. We arrived on Sunday evening, just as they were closing and we walked around the lot for awhile without ever being greeted. When we went inside, there was only one salesman available, Jay Werner, and when I approached him for assistance, he told me they were closed and did everything but shove us out the front door. My dad asked him if he had any brochures and he basically blew him off, telling him they only had whatever was on the rack. After he herded us outside as if we were farm animals, he immediately closed and locked the door. Needless to say, my family was furious and after this horrible experience, we very strongly considered giving someone else our business. However, based on the fact that this was my first bad experience with an Audi dealership, I convinced my family to return with me the next night (well before closing time) with the caveat that we would not let Jay Werner help us, even if he approached us when we walked in. To our delight, Jay Werner was not even there when we arrived and Osner Jeanlouis was more than happy to help us out and actually sell us a car. In fact, everyone else there was super helpful, so we decided not to let one bad egg ruin the experience for us. More

However, the birth of our child required my family to purchase a second vehicle. My tension was relieved when I made contact with the Internet Sales team (Chris Hill and Karen Bond) at Braman Audi. They were very warm, friendly, and professional. I really appreciated that they were knowledgeable about their brand and their competitors. This was very important to me because I did not know a lot about the brand and actually favored the BMW brand. They facilitated in allowing my husband and I to understand the value in the brand as a whole and the different models and packages. The negotiations were tough but the staff remained professional. I think both parties understood that a profit had to be made but compromises were necessary. At the end of the transaction I felt that based on my research my family received a fair deal and the company made a profit. That being said the transaction resulted in a win-win for both parties. I would advise anyone that is serious about buying an Audi in South Florida to contact Chris or Karen. They made the buying experience pleasurable. Their support team was also quite nice to work with. It is really a sound crew of quality people, which is something to note in South Florida. More
I was introduced to Herb Otten by Ken Dunlop in the Audi Service dept who I have happily dealt with for several years servicing my A3 and A4 (both purchased from Braman). My mission was to trade in my 2006 Service dept who I have happily dealt with for several years servicing my A3 and A4 (both purchased from Braman). My mission was to trade in my 2006 A3 and buy a 2013 Q5. Herb took me for a spin in a demo Q5 and then showed me several newly arrived Q5's in inventory which were still in their wrappers from shipping. We discussed the relative merits of the Q5 2.0 Turbo versus the 3.0L 6 cylinder engine and he convinced me that the 2.0 was more than adequately powered, gave better mileage and was cheaper than the 3.0 I particularly wanted a push button ignition and we found a new blue Q5 2.0L premium plus model which had this plus the new and improved navigation package which Herb demonstrated to me very effectively. After this we went through the numbers and after some back and forward we agreed on an acceptable price for my trade in and a loyalty discount on the new car. All of these discussions were conducted in a friendly and non pressurized fashion and I felt Herb was doing his very best to help me achieve the best deal his management could accept.. He gave me a thorough briefing of the new car's various features and he went the extra mile by bringing the paperwork to my home for signatures my wife had to add. Altogether, this was an excellent experience and service and I have no hesitation in recommending Herb Otten and the Braman team . Over the years I have found the service department, through Ken Dunlop, as a very helpful and friendly and efficient organization too. More

Jay Werner was very knowledgable of the features of the Audit A6. He took time to explain each feature and followed-up with a phone call to make certain I didn't have any issues with the vehicle. My only piece of advice if you are negotiating on a purchase is to ensure the salesperson is on the same page with what "out the door" pricing is...mine apparently did not understand, and I had 700.00 of dealer fees tacked on to my price negotiated. In all, I got a great deal and am very happy with the follow up efforts of both Derek and Daniel to ensure my needs were met. Thanks! More

I was connected to Jack Stang after viewing a Range Rover on the Internet. He was immediately very communicative and responsive. When he said he'd call back with information and answers, he did. Amazing how this simple this concept is so hard to come by these days. And worth mentioning, I'm in Kansas City and he is half a country away in West Palm Beach yet the process worked seemlessly as I felt trust in working from a distance because of Jack's efforts. My limited exposure to the Braman organization has been very positive and I would certainly recommend them to a few of my relatives in Boca and Delray Beach. Thanks Jack. More
