Being a sales manager for 30 plus years, I enjoyed working with Herb. We had been to other dealers and looked at a couple of different brands. The sales person us key since the first dealer we went to working with Herb. We had been to other dealers and looked at a couple of different brands. The sales person us key since the first dealer we went to was what my husband had researched and really wanted. Being approached by a person with little knowledge but did have experience, we went back a second time. He never got our phone no.and tried to close us by telling us about what he liked about the vehicle and the offer ending in April. We tried another dealer. They almost sold us till I called from carmax to say we were getting a quote on our trade and wouldn't be in that day but Monday. The tone of voice changed which turned me off. Had he not done that we may not have dropped by on Sunday while out enjoying a beautiful day with our neighbor. Needless to say. ....Herb "sold" us with information and professionalism.
