Audi WPB has almost figured it out. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Hector Miramontes, especially while shopping for an all electric vehicle. He helped us understand the E-tron history and what positives the vehicles had to offer, as well as a couple of negatives (range, for one). That said, we've recently bought several cars and with each, including Audi WPB, the so called "Finance" experience is getting to be longer and more involved with them all. We'd sent the information (driver's licenses, names for the title and the fact that it would be a cash purchase. None the less, it still took us over three hours to complete the step. That's crazy! Dozens of signatures required to do nothing else but satisfy management and legal that they have covered every risk possible. Even ten years ago the experience was faster and easier. That process still needs work. More

We got lucky and picked the part that was the true culprit, but if the dealership had its way we would have been set back another $2200! I think you are paying $305/hour labor fees for an excessively fancy dealership building and its overhead. Unless it's a real complicated repair, find a local repair shop that knows how to fix Audis.
