En esa tienda la financiación y el servicio técnico son una estafa y un robo, la financiera de la misma es la que decide y ordena a los vendedores que carro vender, yo compré allí un A4 hace tres años, ten una estafa y un robo, la financiera de la misma es la que decide y ordena a los vendedores que carro vender, yo compré allí un A4 hace tres años, tenía buen crédito y puse $2k Down y me metieron un interés por encima del 5%, al segundo día de comprarlo se rompió la batería y ellos mismos fueron a mi casa sólo a darle carga, también me lo vendieron con los neumáticos gastados y los neumáticos no entraban en la garantía, al año de comprar mi A4 el foco izquierdo de alante dejo de funcionar y me lo cubrió la garantía pero estuve dos semanas con un carro prestado de ellos, hoy visite esa tienda otra vez porque el mismo foco se volvió a romper y el carro no me encendió porque la batería ya se rompió también, el servicio técnico me comunicó que las dos averías me iban a costar unos $1500 y entonces decidí sacar un Lease, la financiera todo el tiempo estuvo intentando una vez más ponerme por encima de un 5% de interés y una cuota altísima por un carro del 2020 que no me gustaba y decidí pues hacerlo por uno del 2018 o el 2019 para economizar la mensualidad cosa esta imposible porque me comunicaron que ya esos carros no se les podía contratar como Lease es decir que tenía que comprar el carro que ellos quieren, conclusión, tuve que irme súper enojado de esa tienda sin poder resolver nada, so les aconsejo que no compren Audi en West Palm Beach porque el servicio técnico y la financiera de esta tienda son una mafia, quiero añadir también que el trato de los vendedores fue excelente, ellos realmente no tienen culpa y son los que tienen que dar la cara. Cuando vayan a comprar a esa tienda vayan directamente a hablar y negociar con su financiera y no se vayan de allí hasta que no les encuentren un carro que esté dentro de sus posibilidades y si quieren ahorrarse todos estos problemas pues no compren más allí, vayan a otro dealer de Audi o simplemente cambien para Mercedes, BMW o Lexus que el trato es exquisito y te van a ayudar siempre a encontrar lo que necesitas.
