My wife and I when we first entered into the building at the auto sales show room we wasn't sure what to expect there, the gentleman that approached us was greeting with a smile and asking if there somethin the auto sales show room we wasn't sure what to expect there, the gentleman that approached us was greeting with a smile and asking if there something he can help us with and of course we said that we were just looking at the time and he said if you find anything that you like let me know and we can test drive it and we did, we test drive a couple of SUV's and we enjoyed the performance and the salesmen not being pressured, to make long story short we finally decided to purchase two SUV's the same day. Shipped car to me without floor mats. Called salesman Amin Saleh and he said would take care of. Couple weeks later I got the wrong color mats. After not hearing anything in texted him and he said others were back ordered but he was sending a better mat so I wouldn’t have to wait…now 2 months later I still have NO floor mats and the salesperson Amin will no longer respond to my texts. Also left message for service manager (Chris) to call 5 days ago and so far NOTHING! Ridiculous More
