Was very impressed with my (first) service at Audi West Palm Beach. From the valet who immediately greeted me and walked me to the service writer; to the service writer (who was dressed in a suit!) and go Palm Beach. Still waiting on a second key that was never given on my new lease, told it was lost, still have my old Q8 attached to the MMI so can't activate my new vehicle to the system. More
