This is the second vehicle I have leased from Paul Montelbano. He is probably the reason I even considered leasing a second vehicle from Braman (beside the fact that I like driving an Audi).....he is Montelbano. I was already a previous Audi owner and knew I wanted to purchase another Audi. The closest Dealership to me for Audi did not follow through with their service so I called Braman Audi in Palm Beach. My call was sent to Paul Montelbano who immediately impressed me with his prompt information. He had exactly the car I was looking for and started working on pricing as I had requested. I explained to him that I was an hour away and could not just pop over to make a deal. I really needed to make sure his pricing was the best he could offer off the bat. We set our appt. and he was ready to work with me once I arrived. Our deal only took approx. 1/2 hour to complete, and he had already detailed the car to be prepared for me to drive it off the lot. Paul is cordial, welcoming, and well informed on his product. Once I drove off the lot-about an hour later I noticed a scratch on the hood. I drove back to Braman to show Paul and he and the manager came up with a plan to remedy the situation so that it would not impact me to drive up again or inconvenience me. They offered to send a loaner car down after the New Year holiday and pick up my car with a flatbed and then return it to me. The professional manner in which this was dealt with was fantastic. The customer service is above and beyond at this dealership and I would drive a hour any day again to work with Paul and his team. Thank you More

Braman was able to get in a very rare car and sell it to me at a reasonable price.
