Working throught the financials, signing all the papers however felt like I was being "sold" lots of extra's, insurance for pretty much everything. Confusing in how it was presented. If I accepted all that was offered, I probably would have added about $200 to my monthly lease! Similar experience when I brought the car in for my first service. The service by the way, was the result of a trim piece that was faulty upon delivery. Bramen/Audi's issue with the new car. My "loaner" car was actually a "rent-a-car", with additional coverage to purchase being strongly suggested. Car was not washed or even hosed down prior to me picking it up so it was hard to see if all the trim that needed replacing actually happened.
